Information clause regarding the processing of personal data

On May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (2016/78) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data entered into force and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC. Below you will find information on how your data is processed after May 25, 2018.

The administrator of your personal data will remain ROKMA Krzysztof Rogala with its registered office in Gowarzewo (63-004) at ul. Zagrodowa 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

The company will process data obtained from you in connection with the intention to conclude or perform an already concluded contract for a product or service offered by the company. The personal data obtained will be processed in a legal manner in order to prepare the initial offer, conduct marketing activities, including direct marketing, and handle inquiries sent using the contact form.

The personal data obtained from you may be made available as part of their processing to authorized entities other than the Company providing services to the Company, e.g. Accounting Office, IT services, advisors and other authorized entities, only to the extent specified in the law.

The processing of data obtained from you by the Company will be based on a voluntary basis. Refusal to provide data may make it impossible to take action, e.g. sending an offer, etc..

• about the scope of personal data concerning these persons and provided to the Company,
• that the Company is the administrator of their personal data and that it processes their personal data,
• that you are the source from whom the Company obtained their data.
